I grew up in Naples, Long Beach, and I still live here. I know this city block by block.

I'm a licensed California real estate broker with Fathom Realty Group. A few years ago I stepped back from real estate to write my first novel, The American Gondolier. Now I'm back, helping people buy and sell all over Long Beach and the cities next door, while I finish the next two books in the trilogy.

I've been an entrepreneur since 1979, when a surf trip to New Zealand left me out of money and I started a radio station to fix that. I've built businesses ever since, and I like helping other people build theirs.

Off the clock, I'm a dad, a husband, a surfer and a sailor.
